I started by covering a wooden shape in white glue then covering it with broken up eggshell and allowing to fully dry once the glue was dry, I painted it with black paint as a base coat and allowed to fully dry then painted on the color I wanted and allowed to dry once dry, I went back in with the black to fill all the little cracks before the black paint completely dried, I took a wet cloth and gently rubbed off excess paint from the surface this might also pull up some of your colored paint and expose the eggshell color if you’re a little firmer. once all the paint had dried, I coated it with a layer of mod podge dimensional magic to make a shiny raised resin like coating. once the top coat dries, glue a jewelry bail or ribbon on the back for a pendant or ornament
