Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village
and today I’m going to show you how to make my homemade onion rings and homemade dipping
sauce. OK, so now that we have our dry ingredients nice and mixed, we are going to put that aside
for a minute and we are going to take our egg and our milk and we are going to add that
to this medium sized bowl here. And, we are going to whisk, whisk it for about two minutes
until it’s thick and it is light yellow. So, let’s add our eggs. You don’t want to get
any shells in there. Four and that’s five. Now we’re going to add our milk to the bowl.
And now comes the tedious part; whisking it for about two minutes. So I’m just going to
keep whisking that until it’s thick and light yellow. We want to make sure that it is mixed
thoroughly. OK, I think we are about done, it’s been about two minutes. I see it’s light
yellow here and it’s thick. OK well, let’s move on to our next step.
